For the second time, Balfin Real Estate took part in the International Property Show 2025 in Dubai, the prestigious event that brings together key players in the global real estate market. This served as an extraordinary opportunity for BRE to showcase its innovative approach to development and visionary tourism projects.

The three days of the International Property Show 2025 served as a platform for presenting this vision, building relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and exploring new opportunities for broader international expansion.

This event was not only a space for presenting real estate projects but also an excellent platform for introducing and discovering Albania from a new perspective.

With a focus on promoting the country as an extraordinary destination in the heart of the Mediterranean, Balfin Real Estate introduced Albania to attendees a still undiscovered gem waiting to be explored through its nature, cuisine, history, and unique culture.

“Time to invest in Albania, time to invest with Balfin” was the theme of BRE’s presentation, which successfully captured attention at the fair, where a noticeable increase in interest was observed.

During her speech, Balfin Real Estate’s CEO, Ledia Telhai, emphasized the endless opportunities for investment in Albania and in internationally standard projects such as Green Coast, Vlora Marina, and Next to Vala Mar Premium, projects that offer the best of the Albanian coastline and compete worthily in the international real estate market.

This year, the International Property Show 2025 recorded over 16,000 visitors and 130 participating companies from around the world. Balfin Real Estate presented its portfolio of tourism projects in coastal areas, both existing developments and new projects set to be added attracting more than 1,000 visitors to the BRE stand.

Throughout the fair, various topics were discussed in dedicated forums, such as “Global Real Estate Trends,” “Investment Strategies and Sustainability,” “Measures to Build Infrastructure to Global Standards,” “Global Markets and Cross-Border Investments,” and more.

The International Property Show has been organized for 20 years, featuring participants from Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Turkey, Montenegro, Miami, Bali, Zanzibar, Georgia, the UK, and others. This event provides participating companies and visitors with the opportunity to explore new opportunities in the real estate market.
